Gene expression analysis:
Combination of wet-lab and bioinformatics expertise in gene expression studies enables us to take up challenges in microarray or other types of gene expression data analysis. We are currently involved in performing microarray experiments, analyzing mass-scale gene expression data and microarray chip designing, as part of our internal research.

We can take up microarray studies in part or completely. Shodhaka’s team members have developed inventions related to primer/probe designing and gene expression data analysis, for which patent applications are filed. We can also perform molecular biology experiments, including microarray and 2-D electrophoresis.

Specialized literature search & biocuration:
Studies suggest that the existing methods of automated information extraction cannot be completely relied upon. We are specialized in advanced literature search and methodical extraction and analysis of data as well as information. We also have developed several tools that assist in comprehensive literature search and information collection. Depending on your specific needs,
we can,

compile information on selected scientific/medical topics
compile list of special type of molecules and/or molecular interactions
create a brief review on specific topics
compile information and even create databases to provide you easy access to information and quicker methods of analysis.
